Both as a professional business consultant and as a patient, I want to share three short thoughts on Dr. Berg. When I first became Dr. Berg's patient, I was not satisfied with my previous provider. I was not terribly unhappy per se, but unhappy enough to leave. So on my first visit, I noticed the up-to-date decor and especially the high-tech state-of-the-art tools of the trade. Regardless of profession, this is always part of true success. Dr. Berg has invested well.
On that note, his staff is friendly. While that may seem like a "duh!", courtesy is not always evident in business anymore, is it? Dr. Berg obviously invests in his internal clients for he knows they will take good care of his external clients. So both his office and his staff wow-ed me.
But I still had to have my teeth cleaned. My first high-tech cleaning wow-ed me! I felt like I had left the Dark Ages and visited some futuristic place in space – no offense to those who have not made the same investments. Yet high-tech tools are worthless without high touch service, and what happened next astounded me. When the cleaning was done, I was given a hot towel wrapped in plastic, another “Wow!” moment. Finally, prior to looking for cavities with yet another ultra-sophisticated tool – no old fashioned pick, mind you – Dr. Berg sat down beside me and talked to me, not as a paying patient, but rather as a fellow human being. I've been a client ever since.
I've recommended others, I've shared his story with my clients, and now I am pleased to share this with you. In today's world, committed professionalism and caring personality are both required to serve customers/patients. Dr. Berg has both, and I highly recommend him.

Wow! I was at Dr. Berg’s office and saw, on several occasions, members of the Utah Jazz basketball team! I was impressed with how Dr. Berg treated me just like one of those big guys. In fact, he got an autograph of Karl Malone for me. Another time, Grant Hill the basketball player who was visiting Utah to play against the Jazz, signed my tennis shoe.
Everyone needs to see all the neat technology Dr. Berg uses. He can make a crown start to finish in one appointment. He uses a laser and a machine called “air abrasion” to remove decay without numbing your mouth. He even has a new X-ray machine that takes a picture in 3-D.
I will never go to any place but to Dr. Berg’s.
